Gloveboxes, Gas & Solvent Purification Systems and OLED Thin Film Deposition Equipment

MBraun offers a wide range of inert atmosphere gloveboxes, solvent purification systems, gas purification systems and thin film deposition (TFD) equipment:

	Controlled Inert Atmosphere Glovebox Systems MBraun's inert gas glove boxes and dry box systems are engineered for use in university research, as well as in large-scale industrial applications. We offer both standard and custom systems.
	Gas Purification Systems MBraun manufactures inert gas purification systems to remove O2, H2O or N2 and achieve levels of less than 1 ppm. MBraun also manufactures high pressure gas purifier systems that are ideal for use as supplementary gas purification systems with in-house gas supplies, to supply lab benches and other inert applications around the lab.
	Solvent Purification Systems The MB SPS and the MB Auto SPS are compact, solvent purification systems that free up valuable hood space while enabling rapid collection of ultra-pure solvents in a highly repeatable fashion (without distillation). The model MB Auto SPS is PLC controlled and includes a color touch screen interface. Both can also connect directly to MBraun glove box systems.
	Thin Film Evaporator Systems and Components (TFD and OLED/PLED) MBraun's thin film deposition evaporator systems and components are highly reliable systems that routinely achieve coating uniformities of <5% in semiconductor device fabrication applications. Product configurations range from stand-alone bell jars to automatic loading systems in glove boxes for the coating of wafers (and other applications) ranging in size from 2" to 300mm.
	Accessories MBraun offers many options for glove box systems such as freezers, mini and large antechambers, ovens, solvent absorption traps, programmable transport systems, robotic handling options, and moisture and Oxygen analyzers.
